How to turn basic pieces into 3 designer dresses: Alexa Chung’s Pucci dress, Olivia Palermo in Diesel and Eva Mendes in Miu Miu

DIY Session for RTL TV, 3 Kleider zu nachmachen bei Virginie Peny

It still sounds surreal as i’ve been contacted to be part of this TV project on the german program! That kind of soap that you watch without thinking that you could be one day part of it.

Because this DIY session of 3 designers dresses has been an entertainment: Alexa Chung in Pucci -you might know this one from here!, Olivia Palermo in Diesel and Eva Mendes in Miu Miu…

Showing people how easy and cheap it can be, with smart tricks and a structured know-how, but without exactly copying the original -you should know that it’s not my thing! Let me add that i’m used to work at home, so my atelier is normally not open to the public but you’ll find my products on Online shop here at Dawanda.

Many thanks to the RTL TV team, we’ve had a lot of fun!

Here are a few snap shots of this beautiful day in Innsbruck!

Martha is wearing a Zara coat, the special DIY jacket i’ve made for Elle Magazine and a tee-shirt from her mother’s design

What I wore:

Wearing a navy wool coat, a self-made paisley blouse (already seen here), Zara shorts, Wolford tights,

Vigneron wedges boots via Humanic

Dress 1/ The Pucci lace dress worn by Alexa Chung, made from 2 H&M basics: a dress and a lace bolero + a white shirt collar

Dress 2/ The Diesel dress worn by Olivia Palermo, from a Etam long tee-shirt and a Zara white shirt;

Dress 3/ The Miu Miu dress worn by Eva Mendes, made from a American Apparel tee-shirt and a pencil skirt!

Have a wonderful weekend!
